Prose For Thought - Poetry Reading

Inspired by the recent fabulous recordings of Storybramble and Verily Victoria Vocalises, I have this week attempted a poetry reading and linked it up to Prose For Thought. It's a poem from my Stories Of The Sea series and it's a first attempt at a reading. Be kind!

If you enjoy my writing you might enjoy my little book - A Familiar Voice.

  1. Wonderful to hear you speak your poetry out loud. It is both like how I hear it in my head and also a bit different. Let's do this more often! When is Stephanie's virtual open mic night??

  4. Wonderful. A beautiful poem and your reading only serves to enhance it and make me think of the location it was written in.

I have just purchased your book. Sorry it's taken me so long. Am very much forward to getting my copy. Can I have it signed? :0) x

  6. That was beautiful, so well read. It really does bring your poetry to life with a kind of calmness at the same time. Ross and I listened together and he liked it too - that's a compliment from him! Thank you for linking to Prose for Thought and hope to hear you read again xx
